i'm in crisis i'm about to fuck up about to buy liquor. actually i drove around last night to 2 different supermarkets before realizing they don't carry hard liquor like in cali.. wnet out agiain this a.m. in search of a liquor store. instead i ended up crying in front of the drive thru lady at a burger king buying a coffee instead.. so embarrassing, i couldn't get it together.. the only phone number i still have in my head is licia's.. god. who do i call to keep me from calling her? the coffee tasted like such shit.. if they'd boiled it anymore it woud actually be dry.. so i came home and made a cup of coffee and signed on here. i don't have anyone. ghost

thanks so much, thumper.. just anyone hearing me matters since i don't have anyone to call on in a bad spot.. i ended up bringing home a bottle of smirnoff red.. hid it in my closet and haven't cracked the lid. just knowing i have it there made me feel so relieved.. i had a huge blowup with my husband friday night.. seems we're in deep financial trouble that he tried to hide from me, and the screaming match we got into then triggered such a migraine that has only gotten worse all weekend.. as the fighting has continued.. i think my head aching so bad has actually helped keep me from opening that bottle through all of this as well.. so i guess i was hangin' off the back of the wagon by my fingernails, but i've got a little better grip today.. thanks for replying ghost

thanks.. i'm gonna keep trying.. it seems we do have a chance of saving ourselves with a second mortgage.. but it is just exhaustingly stressful here at home.. it's kinda funny, in a way now.. i'm from LA where you can buy liquor at any grocery store, i'm new up here to portland.. i had no idea it's a 'dry state'.. i drove all over town going into little stores and 'tobacco markets' ?! it thwarted me at every turn until i finally found an actual state approved liquor store.. it's like going to the dmv or something, double doors and turnstiles.. geez! i had no idea.. guess it was for the best. still sober, ghost

i once had a bottle of kamchatka hidden out in our camper for literally years.. so i think i'm good..?
thanks again, ghost
