Wow, Mandy, beautiful pics. I like the captions too I love ducks - I often feed the ducks at local parks - I'll have to take our camera next time. Oh - and I love The Goonies too! See any long-lost pirate ships sailing randomly out to sea?

mandy.. don't you just love old theaters like that? we have some around here in portland that i haven't been to yet.. old ones my mom used to go to as a kid (she grew up here) but now they have the philharmonic orchestra and stuff like that and i just haven't gotten up the nerve to go.. i take pix of the old marquees out front instead.. and did you actually get out and walk along the bridge? that'd scare the crap outta me! we have lots of bridges here & i love'em (driving over..haha) but when i see that bridge i always think of that film you know and the people who jumped off of it? i think it's called 'the bridge' so sad.. hey, you poor kid.. not exactly smiling in your pic, let me guess.. mom took that picture? wondering if you ever said anything to her? well, thanks for posting the pix, i always love to see them.. ghost

Mandy, those pics are beautiful. You should set up a website and put your photography up for sale. I'd buy that first one especially. You have a real talent.

those sure remind me of going 'tide-pooling' back in socal.. it's true you often need to tweak the saturation a tad in shop on even the best photos.. for one thing the camera never seems to fully capture the color (i've found this time & again photographing my artstuff for the gallery..) and also every pc varies and shows pix differently.. like my laptop which has a nicely lit monitor, is quite different than my hubby's pc.. he's usually the photographer and has to tweak often to bring out the green/blue! hey, it's not easy photographing a spiderweb, huh? ;D that's good! i have one up on my blog right now that i shopped into b&w.. i'm into black & whites right now for some reason.. ghost

Oh Mandy, they're amazing. It's so beautiful where you are; reminds me of South Wales, UK.

Here they all are on the little tree... exalt! mandy.. this one is absolutely lovely! i tell you, kudos to you for taking it.. not just the obvious talent you have for taking it.. but even if i'd have seen such a lovely sight i would have run away and hid in my car thinking tiny spiders were all around me!!! i'm terrificially phobic of spiders.. haha!! spiderwebs are indeed difficult to photo right, the light changes so fast.. between your photos and your icons/avatars, mandy, this is a true area of talent for you.. wish you could find your niche and make a bunch of money doing what you're so good at.. the best we can hope for is to make a living at what we enjoy doing.. ghost

mandy your pix always make me a little nostalgic for cali beaches! and those little lizardguys are everywhere! i miss 'em.. my son used to count all the ones we saw..
can you believe that? over $4 now for a gallon of gas or a pack of cigarettes..
thumper, i saw on the news how there was a massive motorcycle protest over gas prices in manchester as well just yesterday?
