i'm a major rpg'er from oldschool times.. so this is a journal of my latest game where i try to work on my personal demons role-playing style.. (carried over from the old forum..)
gamestuff:
lately i've been lost in oblivion...
(elderscrolls 4 for xbox360)
this is me, ghost.. an agent of magic.. my best abilities are stealth and natural magic ability...
ready to kill somebody...
(but smiling a friendly smile?)
kickin' back at the priory... drinkin' some vintage wine?
a 'haunting i will go...
come on, aren't there any other gamers here?
see, we need paul! he's an rpg'er...

I just don't have the time at home to get into the more complicated game stuff, ghost.
Since computer time is limited, tetris, etc is the only stuff I do - and infrequently.
Looks pretty realistic.

Is that one of those games you can play on the internet, or however that is done - you know what I mean.
I'll have to ask Shane if he has that. I am clueless.

this is just an individual rpg game..
my son's into the mmrpgs (mass multiplayer online)
i like to stick to my own game, there are so many rude and annoying people on the online games... it's too distracting..
i need my escape!
yeah, it takes time for sure..
i've been in it a few days.. and i'm showing the signs already..
dazed and can't remember if i took my allergy meds.. today.. was that yesterday??
it shifts my perspective and i can't drive for awhile after playing...
hehe... the days just go by.. it's nice
it's a beautiful place to get lost...
plus, i get to kill!! and the 'ragdoll' effects are very realistic.. very bloody.. also i can jump off high cliffs in the falling snow...
but then i die..
but it's ok, i saved the game, so i can go back..
and i get to steal all kinds of good stuff!
i like my painted pony...

oh, man i'm no weenie in gameland.. watch out!!
15 years of rpg'ing and i know my stuff..
i can do magic that would scare the crap outta ya!!!
i have a place (not a home really)
with a coffin where i can sleep when i've been bitten and want to live as a vampire...
and a spring that heals my vampirism if i get tired of it...
and an unholy shrine in my basement full of twisted human remains and tortured souls...
weapons and spells of all kinds..
but my best skills are always blades & hand-to-hand!!
fisticuffs, baby!! and good sharp weaponry...
why isn't real life like this?
well, i'm off..
back home to oblivion...

You are a scary MUTHA!!!!!!!!!
I love the smiley (Emma) on a stretcher!
I don't have any special skills beyond shooting over my shoulder, you know, as I run away
Have fun (?) in oblivion.

i think these games are actually therapeutic..
i assert better due to them, and i have to deal vicariously with my other issues.. eating for example.. i have to ingest various unappealing things in my alchemic experimentations.. plants and mushrooms of varying kinds, flesh of other creatures, undead, etc.. (and i'm a near vegetarian in real life.. only a little poultry.. nothing else.. not even fish!)
in one game i wanted to get in this demon door.. it's like a huge stone face that will open his mouth as an entry if i appease him..
he said i'd have to perform an act of evil in his sight.. ..
no one nearby to kill...
so i ate 13 cruncy little live chicks in rapid succession!!
he said, 'wicked! come on in!!!'
hee hee!!
