Well after a very bad week of nearly being committed, than going back on anti depressants (sarcastic wohoo) Ive managed to brave going out because I really wanted to see the chalice well and Abby, my dads been great and took me, cracking jokes about me feeling at home with all the hippies around. Chalice Well. People have been coming here for the last 2000 years The well goes to the Lions head, where I drank some of the water Which than flows down to the healing pool which I walked through, it was freezing! Going into the Abby, which is the earliest christian sanctuary in Britain, legend says Joseph of Arimathea brought Jesus here, On the left hand side is King Arthur's tomb Funny and Charming stone mason guide who talked to us for ages, very intelligent guy Sign before the cemetery Abbots kitchen In town, this was painted on an ally wall (obviously photobucket doesn't appreciate art as they have deleted it )Unfortunately I didnt manage to get any pictures of the Tor or the white spring.
