it's 102 here.. ug. thank goodness the AC is working okay keeping us cool cats from melting.. my son thinks he and i are dealing with something called reverse seasonal affective disorder.. you know how some people get depressed in the winter? we get it in the heat of summer instead because we're migraineurs who can't take the heat or the light.. i dunno.. i remain depressed pretty much throughout the year(s).. ghost

sorry for being late answering, pete.. hubby's had one call back already.. we're trying to be optimistic about it all.. must be part of the big plan.. for a reason, you know? at least his coworkers have been so helpful/supportive.. yeah, i think for a significant portion of people the drugs are hell.. i know i'm done with them.. that said.. at least i'm aware of the different kinds of depression i'm dealing with.. if it ever got to the really bad kind again i'd have to reconsider.. but honestly when it happened before it was simply caused by an adverse reaction to a stomach med that slowed my metabolism to a stop.. so it wasn't naturally occurring at all.. i had a truly happy day yesterday.. so as long as that can still happen, i just keep on truckin'.. you know? ghost
