Hey all,
Been generally good. Busy, but feeling pretty good since I don't have time to think. But K is going away, so I won't see her for 2 weeks. She offered to stop every night and send me out vibes and at the same time I would do the same thing to her. Isn't that great? But you know what? I woke up crying because I convinced myself that she would forget and I would be there like an aassssss by myself and when she got back she would never be able to tell me that she forgot. So I called her and told her I couldn't do it. Can you believe me? I can't. sometimes I'm such an aaasssshhhooolllleee I can't accept that I am me. But you know what? I am probably right. I would take this really great thing and sabotage it, so as awful as it is, I am probably doing the right thing.
K has mentioned this in the past and I wonder if anyone has heard of this. There is a therapist she works with who does some kind of "touch" therapy. K has worked with her for clients with deep pain, like sexual abuse victims. She really wants me to go, but I don't have the money. She wants me to see this therapist and her. What do you make of that?
Hope you are all well. Em

Hi Emma, That was nice of K to offer to "connect" with you while she's away. I understand feeling it might be one-sided though-- I really do. I think it was fine that you called her and told her you coudn't do it-- you were being open and honest.(IMO) I don't know anything about "touch" therapy........ perhaps K is exploring options that she thinks you might be interested in trying?...... maybe you could ask her next time, why she brought it up. Hope the two weeks go by fast for you--- that is, if that's what you'd like. clover

it's hard when you just can't trust.. a psychologist once tried this exercise with bdhp and me where we just had to look into each other's eyes.. i could NOT do it.

Em, Like ghost said: IMO-- is an acronym that stands for: In My Opinion. just like BTW-- is: By The Way, and BRB - is: Be Right Back, or IDK-- means: I Don't Know, and...I could go on and on ...... gee, I can finally help someone..... do I have to stop?!! jk.... (just kidding!) clover

ok. that means ok It's funny the things you can get embarassed about. Here, I tell the most private, embarassing things about myself, and then hesitate to ask what IMO means. Humans are too strange. Thanks Clover and Ghost.
