failure again, so i looked at their website in my area and it says they are only there wed, fri and sat, so they are not there tonight. ive disconnected massively now and i feel like im not in reality at all, i keep trying to tell myself of the situation im in and it just isnt registering as anything. I wanted to get hold of them because they might know if i can receive any help in the way of rehousing, its not an option im taking too seriously because its such a huge deal but i want to know if i have one option at all otherwise i will definetly end it as im not wanted here, i cant shop for myself, go out to pay the bills and because of my paranoia i cant be by myself for long so i would like to know if they help people with mental health problems with no where else to go and give some sort of support system, but the absolute loneliness is something i definitely cannot do, i just dont know what im going to do. i really needed their advice.
it says its open sun here though thats why i thought it was!!but on their main page it only says the 3 days not sun.
Mindline:

mia.. you did the best you could.. very brave.. and your plan to find out about alternate housing is a good plan. here we have 'social security disability' (my sister's pays for her housing..) but i'm obviously not familiar with the uk equivelant.. you are so right that you need to get out of the environment you are in.. (i know i only did better once i finally got away to a safer place) please don't give up! you are young and there's still lots of hope for you.. you just can't see it from where you are now.. the 'auto pilot' will wear off.. so when it does we are still here to help you if you need us, ok? take care, ghost

At the momant im with a housing assosiation so if i ask them they will give me a flat, but surrounded by not very nice people all alone with no support, that isnt an option. I need to know if mental health service in my area can help out with people who need extra support but i really dont know if they do anything like that.
Thank you everyone, things could have got very bad if i had no one to calm me down. xxxx
